This music is a reflection of my personal inner journey over the years. It is an invitation for you to reflect on your own inner journey, using the track's titles as your guide, and your body, mind and soul as your instrument. All the tracks are connected musically and should be listened to under supportive conditions, as one piece, one creation, one invitation: for meditation, reflection, inspiration, movement, visual art, singing or whatever helps you connect to yourself through it. Feel free to use it for any public event that would use this music for this purpose.

This music has been created with minimal and very basic tools, at home and in the landscapes of the Gallil Mountains, over 7 years of living and exploring the relationship between our inner and outer worlds.


I would like to thank all the landscapes, homes, people, support and inspirations that helped me bring this music to you here.

I dedicate this creation to the memory of my dear grandfather Shmuel, a brave and loving man who was able to transform in his heart hell into life. A second dedication is to my daughters, Netta and Or-Yam, reflecting in their being, the power of love and evolution.
